The World Food Safety Almanac provides a comprehensive overview of the administrative structures and governmental institutions that ensure food and feed safety within Europe and beyond. The focus is on the assessment of health risks. Each country has a different approach in regards to food safety - institutions and responsibilities vary, and in many countries new institutions have been set up in recent years. Every country profile will give you an overview of its legal framework, the institutional structure along with detailed information about the institutions and their responsibilities.
